Current Mouse River Levels
The National Weather Services monitors river levels throughout the country at various streamgauges. You can view the latest river levels and water flow by going to the Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service through the National Weather Service and click on the individual gauge sites.
The National Weather Service, out of the Bismarck, N.D. office, also issues information for flood potential outlook along the Mouse River. Go to their Forecast Office link to see the latest information. As of the end of January, the NWS forecasts there is no chance of the river surpassing major flood stage. This forecast applies until the end of April. They will periodically update this forecast and plan to do so on February 16, March 1 and March 8.
